1. RETURN / EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Online Purchases
BearifiedCo ("We", "us",
"our") is dedicated to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with
their purchases. We accept returns or exchanges for BearifiedCo products
("Products") bought on BearifiedCo.com that are eligible for return
as defined within our General Terms and Conditions of Sales. This must be
actioned within 30 calendar days from the date of product delivery.
The right to return does not extend to personalized Products
or other Products that we specify as non-returnable at the time of your
purchase, following the requirements of the applicable law
("Non-returnable Products").
Exchanges are strictly for the identical Product, but with a
variation in size or color. For a different Product or color variation, please
initiate a refund process for your original Product and then make a fresh order
for the desired item.
Products returned should be in their pristine condition:
unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with original tags and labels attached. It
should include all associated accessories and documentation, for example,
instruction booklets or product certificates. Any Products received incomplete,
altered, used, or in a compromised state will be sent back to the customer.
BearifiedCo is compliant with legal rights pertaining
to Products that may have manufacturing defects or differ from their
description.
2. RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Should you wish to return or exchange a product, kindly:
Log in
to your account at https://account.bearified.co
navigate to your Order History, and fill out the online return form,
specifying the Products you're returning, their quantity, and the return
reason.

Reach

For exchanges, contact our Customer Service directly.
Post confirmation of your return or exchange request, ensure
you:
Safely
pack the Products to prevent any damages; place them in their original
packaging, if available, and then into the shipping box you received.
Use
the prepaid return shipping label provided in your package, affixing it
outside the box over the original label. If the label is missing, contact
our Customer Service.
Schedule
a pickup via the carrier's website or by contacting our team.
Alternatively, drop the package off at the nearest carrier location.
OR
Return
the online purchased Product(s) to any BearifiedCo address within
the U.S.
Note: Returns should be made within 14 calendar days from
the date of your return or exchange request.
3. REFUNDS – EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Following the receipt and inspection of returned Products,
we'll determine if they meet our return/exchange criteria outlined in Article
1. If they do, the refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds will be credited to the original buyer using the
initial payment method. For purchases made using cryptocurrency, the refund
amount will be based on the USD value of the cryptocurrency at the time of
purchase. The same applies to the corresponding amount of cryptocurrency, minus
any transaction fees or other related costs.
